What we collect

• When you send an inquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you want, the number of guests, the pickup location, your car preference and any notes you add.
• When you call, text or email us: your number or address, and what you tell us. Calls to (647) 768-0088 are recorded.
• When you book: the details we need to carry out the trip, such as addresses, flight numbers and the names of passengers.
• When you visit this site: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.
• When you visit this site: Google Ads cookies record the pages you view, how you arrived, and whether you send an inquiry or tap our phone number. They do not record what you write in the inquiry. We use this to see which of our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.

We do not take payment on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, quote and confirm a booking, carry out the trip, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

• Companies that run our website, database, email and phone service. They handle the information for us and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.
• Google, which runs our advertising and receives what its cookies record on this site. Google handles it under its own privacy policy and may store it outside Canada.
• Partners who help carry out what you book, such as a guide, a pilot or a boat crew. They receive only the details they need.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for 7 years to meet tax rules.

How we protect it

This site uses an encrypted connection. Inquiries are stored in a database that only the staff who handle bookings can open.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, though we may then be unable to complete a booking. We answer within 30 days.

You can turn off personalised Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This site works without them.
