The service
You choose the car and the hours. The chauffeur takes care of the driving, the doors and the luggage, and stays with you until the booking ends.
Every chauffeur is background-checked and wears a black suit, and some speak languages other than English. If you would like a chauffeur who speaks a particular language, ask when you inquire and we will tell you what we can arrange.

From the pickup to the last stop.
Fifteen minutes early.
Your chauffeur arrives fifteen minutes before the pickup time and waits, so the car is ready when you are.
At the door.
The chauffeur opens the door for you and takes care of the luggage.
On the road.
The booking is by the hour, so the car and the chauffeur stay with you between stops, for as many stops as the day needs.
If plans change.
Running late or staying longer is fine. Tell your chauffeur, or call (647) 768-0088, and we adjust the booking.
Tell us before the day.
Most requests can be arranged when we know about them before the day. These are the common ones.
Airport pickups
Give us the flight number when you book and we track the flight, so the car is there when you land, whether the flight is early or delayed. Your chauffeur meets you at the curb and handles the luggage.
Trips outside the GTA
A booking can go outside the GTA, including Niagara. Tell us the destination when you inquire and we include it in the price we confirm.
Something in the car
If there is something you would like in the car, ask when you inquire. If we know ahead of the day, we will try to arrange it.
Privacy
A non-disclosure agreement is available on request and is signed before the booking.
By the hour.
Each car has an hourly rate, shown on the fleet page, and the minimum booking is 2 hours. HST is added to the total, and we confirm the full price by phone before the booking is made.
